Our front desk receptionists do not handle management requests over the phone. For any management related communication, please get in touch with us via fax or email. All requests are processed in the order they are received, on a first-come, first-served basis.

In most cases, patients who need to contact management should write a short message by email or send a fax with their details. Please include your full name, contact information and reason for your request. This helps our team respond correctly and quickly. We review all messages during working hours and reply as soon as possible.
