Dr. Lance Metsger provides advanced, personalized dental care designed around each patient’s unique goals. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, graduating as Salutatorian and earning induction into Omicron Kappa Upsilon for academic excellence.

What sets Dr. Metsger apart is his comprehensive, in-house approach—including dental implants, full-arch “All-on-X” solutions, and teeth-in-a-day procedures—allowing patients to receive complete care in one place. He personally meets with every new patient outside the operatory to understand their needs and create a customized treatment plan, ensuring clarity, comfort, and confidence every step of the way.

Outside the office, he enjoys hiking, cooking, gardening, and spending time with his cat, Gracie. He is married to Kayla Keppler, who shares his passion for dentistry and patient care.
